Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. 3. Products & Orders All products are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We will notify you within 3 business days if there is an issue with your order. 4. Payment Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. For corporate/bulk orders, full payment is required before production begins. 5. Order Cancellation & Amendments You may request changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order by emailing info@liyueyi.cn. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments. Custom/bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 6. Dispatch & Shipping Standard orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.
