How to custom logo？

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Select the box style and size you need.

Step 2: Enter Quantity

Enter the number of boxes you’d like to order.

Step 3: Meet the Minimum Requirement

Custom logo orders require a minimum of 25 boxes.

Step 4: Select Logo Printing Method

Choose your preferred logo printing method. Available options may vary by box size.

Step 5: Add to Cart & View Final Price

Click Add to Cart and the final price will be automatically calculated and displayed.

How to order a sample box with a custom logo?

  1. Choose Product: Select a gift box or mailer box for logo customization. Add it to your cart.
  2. Choose Print style:Select the option that corresponds to the box size and add it to the shopping cart

What is the MOQ(minimum order quantity)？

  1. For fully customized products (custom size, color, packaging, etc.), the MOQ is 500 pieces.
  2. Standard size on the website,MOQ is 1piece

What is DAP, DDP, DDU?

DAP (Delivered At Place):Delivery at named destination, excluding taxes/duties. Note: Australian imports under AU$1,000 are duty-free."

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):

Seller delivers goods to destination, fully responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) - Note: Replaced by DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) in Incoterms® 2020:

Seller delivers uncleared goods to destination; import charges excluded (may be waived for low-value shipments in Australia).

What is the order processing and shipping time?

Please note that the shipping time is an estimate and the actual time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the specific order information. The reference time for common shipping methods is:

Air transportation: about 6-10 working days.

Sea or rail transportation: about 30-40 working days (depending on the destination, the time will vary accordingly).

What about taxes?

  • USA: DDP Only. Your order arrives with all duties and taxes paid.
  • Global DDP Option: Available for all destinations. Choose DDP and we handle all duties and taxes.
  • DAP Option (EU/EFTA): If selecting DAP for the EU, Switzerland, or Norway, you must provide an EORI number during checkout for customs processing."
