Our Service
We want to give you a fantastic service and for you to be really happy with us. But if you’ve sent or received a gift box and you’re not over the moon about the experience, please pop us an email straight away. Our address is billyeager698@gmail.com. We’ll do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right for you.
 

Payment
We take payment when you place your order, rather than at the time of dispatch. This is to help avoid any last-minute hitches that might delay your delivery. We’re not able to accept an order until we’ve checked and approved it, and if there is a problem we’ll be in touch within three working days. We run special offers from time to time and these are to be used independently, not in combination.

Dispatch
We make all our box to order, please allow up to 5 business days for your items to be dispatched. 

 

However this time period may vary due to some busy seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s  Day, Eid Mubarak etc. And just so you know, we don’t send out any items on the weekend.

Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted for goods which arrived damaged or are sent in error. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them.  Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays caused by the courier partner UPS ,FedEXand such a situation are out of our control. Therefore delays due on their part are not accepted reasons for cancellation or refund of your order placed on our website www.liyueyibox.com.

Order cancellation or amendments

Please note that we are experiencing a very high number of orders and packing some orders in advance to ensure we get everything out on time. This does give us a very small window of up to maximum of 4 hours to make any amendments or cancel your order. Therefore we strongly suggest that you check your order details as soon as you receive your order confirmation email, such as shipping address, the product details, your Gift message (if you opted for one) and the preferred delivery date and make sure everything is correct.

Our customer service team will do everything they can to amend your order, but if the item has been already packed or you are outside the 4 hours window then we are unfortunately unable to amend or cancel your order. Please note we are unable to change the items in your order, change delivery address or the delivery date chosen, but if your item has not been picked and packed by our dispatch team and sent out yet then our customer service team will do their very best to make the necessary amendments.

If you would like to amend your order, then please email us to billyeager698@gmail.com or simply reply to your order confirmation email within 4 hours from the time you placed your order with your issue and our helpful team will do their best to make this happen.


Corporate Orders Policy
All orders are to be paid in full upon confirmation. Production will not start until payment is received, so late payment may affect delivery dates.  As our products are bespoke/customised to your specification we can not accept returns unless the item is damaged or received in error. All samples are subject to charges and at our company's discretion the cost of the samples may be deducted from the final purchase invoice.

These will be valid for a limited time only, please see expiry date in newsletter or brochure. Discount will be provided once stated code is entered at the online checkout. Offers will not include delivery unless stated otherwise. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. Offers exclude bespoke orders and corporate orders unless stated otherwise. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice. We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.
